New Hampshire chapter 87 adds agreement about sharing a child's images digitally on social media to the subjects addressed in the parenting-plan statute. The act was approved May 28, 2026 and takes effect January 1, 2027.
Section 1 amends RSA 461-A:4, II(f)–(h) by inserting the image-sharing agreement and renumbering the existing provisions on relocation, review and adjustment, and dispute resolution. The text identifies an agreement about digital sharing; it does not itself prescribe a universal prohibition on posting a child's image.
The act's January 2027 effective date follows its 2026 approval. Parents and practitioners should consult the full parenting-plan statute and any applicable order when addressing a particular plan.
